Music heals. Yoga heals. Art heals. Why not bring them together? First off, we will practice to some sweet beats as we connect the community through breath. Join Sarah as she guides you through a yoga class accompanied by an intentional Mixtape “playlist”. Each class Sarah will create a vibe that will elevate you and bring your awareness into your body with your breath. "Life is a mixtape, as is breath.” After this wonderful relaxing yoga class, our resident artist Tracy will guide you through an intentional acrylic painting. No painting experience needed, this is meant to be a freeing and fun experience with minimal skill. Come join us for an evening of community and creation!
