Private Training
1 HR or 30 min session

Private training with a registered kinesiologist is guided by researched principles and years of exposure to different individuals’ movement stories. This is the right choice for you if you have strength and fitness goals, are recovering from acute or chronic injury, or love the extra touch of personalized accountability.

Semi-Private Training
2 person, 3 person or 4 person session

Semi Private training with a registered kinesiologist enables groups of 2+ individuals to experience guided training in-person or online. This is the right choice for you if you’re ready to experience some freedom and autonomy in training, but you still value careful coaching and supervision. 

ICBC Active Rehabilitation
Direct billing available

Active rehabilitation with a registered kinesiologist supports individuals suffering from injury or chronic pain as a result of an accident by designing an exercise program to guide and reintroduce safe functional movement. We work closely with other practitioners on the care team to offer appropriate progressions, modifications, and goals for your rehab. Successful active rehab involves consistent, supervised sessions in conjunction with home programming.
